Copyright Notice

1. Authorship and ownership. The author(s) retain full copyright over the work submitted to the Student Science and Technology Award of the UEH College of Technology and Design (CTD) – 2026.
2. Author warranties. By submitting an entry, the author(s) represent and warrant that:
   • The submission is the author(s)' own original work; it has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration in any other competition, publication, or conference.
   • The submission does not contain any form of plagiarism; all third-party materials are properly cited in accordance with established academic standards.
   • The author(s) have obtained all necessary permissions to use any third-party images, datasets, source code, tools, or other materials included in the submission.
   • The submission complies with all applicable regulations of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) regarding copyright, academic integrity, plagiarism prevention, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in research.
3. License granted to the Organizer. By submitting an entry, the author(s) grant the UEH College of Technology and Design – University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
   • Store the submission on UEH systems for the purposes of evaluation, academic-integrity checks, and internal reference;
   • Use the title, author names, abstract, and representative excerpts of the submission for communication, announcement of competition results, and the promotion of UEH student research activities;
   • Display and present the submission at academic events organized or co-organized by UEH.
   Any use beyond the scope set out above, including for commercial purposes, requires the prior written consent of the author(s).
4. Liability. The author(s) are solely responsible, before the law, for the originality, accuracy, and intellectual-property status of the submission. In the event of any claim relating to copyright or academic integrity, the author(s) shall bear primary responsibility.
5. Rights of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse, disqualify, or revoke awards in respect of any submission that violates the warranties above or any applicable UEH regulations.
